My March goals...

Hello everyone! I thought it would be a good idea to share my goals with you each month, that way I might actually stick to them and acheive them a lot more.Plus,if I put it down in writing on my blog, then I have to do it as I know some of you won't leave me alone until I have acheived them (*cough, cough* Lauren..)
Anyway my goals for this month are quite health and fitness related as I feel that is something I need to dramatically improve because I just sit around on my laptop eating endless amounts of ben & jerry's and whilst that is nice it is not good for me so this month I want to start improving. My goals for march are...

Drink more water
Well..I think we're all aware that I had this goal before....I did improve for a little while and drank about 5 glasses of water a day along side my other drinks, but I have slipped back into my old habits and I haven't been drinking enough of anything - I have noticed that this has been affecting my skin and I have been getting a lot more blemishes.
Do more exercise
I am fully aware that it would never be possible for me to get up and go for a run or go to the gym everyday - especially as I like to go in the morning, but I would like to go more often, even if it's just a 5 minute run around the field next to my house because I always feel a lot happier when I am exercising on a frequent basis,so now that it should hopefully brighten up ( she says as it's snowing) I would like to get a routine going again.
Walk more often
This sort of links with the point above, but it's also to do with my dog (yes he is not getting out of the exercise!) I need to get into a routine of walking him more often,I use to take him everyday afterschool but with the weather being cold and it being quite dark out,I haven't been taking him as often and as a result he has being getting quite bored and sorry I have to say this Todd...quite podgy..sorry.
Have more smoothies
Now I know theres this big debate about whether smoothies are healthy or not (we'll save that debate for another time) but I personally consider them to be quite healthy,as I make them myself and try to pack them full of goodness and because compared to what I would have instead they are the healtheir option. We recently got a new blender and so I would love to make use of it whenever I can.
Learn some yoga poses
I recently read something listing all the benefits of yoga (which annoyingly I now can't find) and it was saying how yoga was suppose to help lower anxiety and stress,so with exams coming up I am willing to try anything that could lower any stress that I could get.So far all I have mastered is standing tree 1 and standing tree 2 so I have quite a way to go till i'm a yoga expert.
So there are my goals for march,I wanted to keep them fairly simple,so that I have more chance of actually being able to stick to them.
What are your goals for March?
